Estimating

Borrelli Steel Fabricators has experienced estimators capable of providing you with accurate quotations regardless of the project size or complexity. We also work together with developers and construction managers to assist in the preparation of project budgets and constructability concerns. We use our practical experience to offer our customers value engineering suggestions which can produce a positive, economical, benefit to the project and provide a competitive edge during the process.

Design Detailing and Engineering

We believe that getting things accurate on paper is the first step to a successful and error free project. Our detailing and design department employs state of the art 3D modeling and computer aided drafting systems (CAD) to produce our erection and shop drawings. We have over 100 years of combined experience in our in-house design/drafting department. In addition to our in-house detailers, we employ a variety of professionals from a select group of reputable, experienced steel detailers and licensed structural engineers. Over time, we have forged relationships with these people whose quality, workmanship, and commitment to accuracy we have come to appreciate. This experience enables Borrelli Steel Fabricators to provide you with a complete Design/Build services and value engineering recommendations which equate to an economical and efficient structure.

Structural Steel Fabrication

Our 13,500 square foot structural steel fabrication facility was constructed in 2005 and expanded to 22,100 square feet in 2017, is equipped with modern iron working equipment and overhead crane systems. We employ skilled ironworkers, AWS certified welders and craftsmen with decades of combined experience. When the size of the project dictates, we have the ability to partner up with additional steel fabricators whom we have had long standing relationships with to produce projects in excess of 800 tons.

Steel Bar Joist and Metal Decking

We design, supply and install, open web bar joist, long span joist, steel joist girders, metal roof decking, and floor decking (including welded shear studs as necessary), to complete a structural steel package.

Renovations & Complex Projects

Over the years Borrelli Steel Fabricators has become well known for tackling difficult projects that others in the industry shy away from. Renovations, building additions and complex projects are always a challenge we welcome.

Steel Erection Services

In addition to steel fabrication capabilities, we offer structural steel erection services through the use of a select group of local steel erectors whose quality workmanship, safety record and dependability we have come to know first-hand.
